1. Acceptance of terms By creating a GOLDX account you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service GOLDX delivers trading signals, AI-assisted signal review, and an execution bot that trades on prop-firm accounts you connect, subject to that firm's rules. GOLDX is not a prop firm, does not issue evaluations, and does not guarantee any trading outcome.

3. Subscriptions and fees Subscription tiers (Free/Pro/Elite) grant access to signals, Rule Guard, and AI review at different limits. A separate one-time connection fee applies per account connected, because each connection reserves a managed MT5 instance. Fees are billed via Stripe and are described on the Pricing page.

4. Account connection and bot access You authorize GOLDX to connect to and trade on the accounts you submit for connection, within the rule limits configured for that firm/plan. You may pause, resume, or request takeover of your account's bot mode at any time.

5. Acceptable use You may not use the service to circumvent a firm's rules, share your account access with unauthorized third parties, or attempt to reverse-engineer the signal or execution pipeline.

6. Disclaimers and liability Trading involves risk of loss. GOLDX's Rule Guard reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of a rule breach. See the Risk Disclosure page for details. GOLDX's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
